How to use
The general guide is 1-2 cups of magnesium flakes for 100-200 litres of water. For muscle soreness or stress relief, 2 cups is ideal to provide a relaxing and therapeutic relief.
Add 2 cups of Magnesium Flakes to warm bath water
Stir the water gently to help the flakes dissolve
Soak for 20 - 30 minutes
Be sure not to have the water too hot as this may cause discomfort or irriatation to the skin.
